It is with great sadness that the family of Issam “ Sam” Hammoud, 76, of Rose Bay announces his passing on May 7, 2017 in South Shore Regional Hospital, Bridgewater.

Born in Mdoukah, Lebanon, he was a son of the late Mohammed and Khadja Hammoud.

Sam is survived by his wife, Anne; sons, Hassen Mammoud, Chester; Mohamed “Mike” Hammoud, Bedford; Yasser Hammoud, Lunenburg and his brother Yasser Hammoud as well as several grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Dana L. Sweeny Funeral Home, 11213, Hwy #3, Lunenburg. A graveside Funeral service will be held on Monday May 8th, at Shepherd’s Hill Cemetery, Riverport. Imam Sam Saied officiating.

Following the service all are invited to join the family for a reception at the Riverport Community Centre.
