When we worked together, we had numerous lunches during which your name was raised many times, always in a loving, respectful way.
Tom and I had a few golf games at St. George's during which he was not only a good golfer, but also a perfect gentleman.
During his last visit to Toronto, we had lunch but I thought he was a bit quiet.
