Ashton Hume Hyson, 89, of Indian Point, NS, passed away November 19, 2017 at Fishermen’s Memorial Hospital, Lunenburg.

Born in Indian Point, he was the son of the late Harris and Bessie (Hume) Hyson.

Ashton is survived by his wife, Viola and daughter, Heather (David) Simpson. He was predeceased by his brother, Arnold.

As per his wishes, there will be no visitation or reception. There will be a graveside service at Park Cemetery, Indian Point on Friday, November 24, 2017 at 1:00 pm.

Donations in his memory may be made to Indian Point Union Church or Park Cemetery, Indian Point.
