Condolence From: Rev. Eleanor Scarlett
Condolence: Willis and Shirley my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Greg. I am very sorry to learn of his passing at such a young age. During my time at Bridgewater United Church as it's Interim Minister I had the pleasure of working closely with Greg as a member of the Transition Team. He shared his gifts freely with all and everything he did was from his heart. May you find comfort in knowing that you are held in prayers and with love. May you experience the love of Christ during your time of grief. Blessings Rev. Eleanor

Condolence: Dear Shirley and Willis
We were very shocked and sad to hear that Greg lost his battle. I Emailed
him a few times while he was in the hospital, and he would say that he was having “ good days and bad days” but he never complained. Yesterday I was out with a few of my friends, and, you know, all of them spoke very
kindly of him. They all had stories about Greg helping them choose a certain wine to go with a particular meal. He was very friendly with people, which is a wonderful asset, and he so loved his “Town”. We know you will
miss him terribly, but now he is at peace with his Lord. RIP, Greg

Condolence From: Rev. Vivian Moores
Condolence: Shirley, Willis and family:

My heartfelt sympathy to you in this very tender and difficult time.

It was always a pleasure to be in Greg's company. I remember when I was minister in Riverport how dedicated and devoted Greg was to his Lord and his church. He gave freely of his time and shared his talents. He was always very organized and I always valued his input and thoughts regarding the matters and ministry of the church. He has been equally as giving and supportive of Bridgewater United Church.
Greg had a kindness and compassion that mirrored Christ's and his gentle and caring spirit was a gift to us all.
He now knows our Lord face to face and he has received his 'final healing'. May the Lord of all comfort and peace be your present help and strength. One day - in God's time - you'll be together again. God promise. Our assurance. Sending my love, Rev. Vivian Moores

Condolence: My family and I are deeply sorry to hear this news of Greg. May your memories of Greg carry you through each day. You will go through every emotion you wouldn't think possible and that's OK. I want to share a verse of comfort that was shared with us last April

Death leaves a heartache no one can heal
Love leaves a memory no one can steal

God Bless you as you prepare for Greg's final journey.
