lovely and cheerful English lady who always had a smile in the post office and time to chat with customers. Her love of crafts and gardening (with an English feel), snowdrops, bluebells, hooked rugs, tea, homemade pies and jam, animals and all of the good things that come with country living. Condolence: Alex so sorry to hear of your Mom's passing. I have many fond memories of her kindness when I visited your home during our early years. I especially remember her delicious desserts with the hard sauce. That was my favorite. I still remember the big trip to Halifax to visit Scotia Square when it just opened to see the large spouting water fountain. It was spectacular.
