My memories of Emily revolve around the Knaut Rhuland House on Pelham as she always kept an eye on the House from across the street. She was 'neighbourhood watch' in the nicest way. Her vigilance saved the Heritage Society many $'s as she noted when lights were left on or when characters were lurking around the back garden. The stories of her life as a young girl and a young married wife and mother hopefully have been recorded somewhere...life is not like that for anyone in this the 21st century.
