The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Robert Parks can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Trevor & Dashia Hyson

So sad to hear the lost of Robert, he was a good man and so dedicated to his town, he will be missed a lot by the citizens. My wife, Dashia liked your smile and chats at HVH when you came up. Our deepest condolences to the whole family. I enjoyed as a kid going to his camp a lot on Mason's Island and going to the IGA xmas party's. He was kind and treated you fair as he did in Feb. of 92 when he accepted and saved me a spot in the fire dept. until I finished high school and he was my 1st fire Chief then. I have enjoyed having that drink with him as his words" ya I think we'll have one". Also I want to add that he was a big part of getting the new fire hall built at 25 Medway st. " DEEDS NOT WORDS " !
