It was with much sadness that I learned of Richard's passing. I worked with Richard for a number of years as a member of the Committee on Housing and Small Buildings. From the moment I started on this committee, Richard welcomed me on board and proved to be a knowledgeable teacher and guide.Richard was passionate about his work and the work of this committee. I will miss him greatly.
My heartfelt condolences go out to Richard's family in this time of sorrow. Salut, mon ami.
