I have often said that the Lion Inn was the best restaurant ever in Lunenburg. At least it was the one, by far, that we had the most fun in. That was because Lois was elegant and charming as "front of house" and George's shrimp Pernod remain unsurpassed. I miss you, Lois, one of the nicest people in this town.
